From Start to Finish
Tenants are provided with Garbage can and Mat
We provide each tenant enrolled in our valet service a heavy duty garbage can and mat. Our mats have thick edging to prevent leaks from touching floors. Then tenants simply place their garbage can on the mat outside their door during a 2 hour period before pick up is scheduled to begin.

We Collect the Garbage
Our team begins collecting garbage at the agreed upon time. We use water tight rolling plastic bins or water tight shoulder bags to collect the trash. Unlike most valet services we do not skip over garbage that is not tied or boxes that are not broken down. Our professional team will break boxes down, tie garbage bags, and double bag as needed. Any dirty garbage bins or mats are then removed and replaced with fresh clean ones.
As we walk from door to door and around the property any garbage we see in the grass, and parking lots will be picked up and thrown away.

We Dispose of the Garbage
We take all the garbage to the onsite bulk dumpster and neatly throw the bags away. We clean any garbage around the dumpster area and sweep. Any boxes we have broken down are disposed in recycling or compactor if available.
