Step 1: Get Trash Ready
Trash must be bagged and tied securely. Place the bagged trash in the provided containers.
Do not place loose trash or liquids in the trash containers un bagged
For yourself and fellow residents, double bag cat litter and pet waste to reduce smell
Ensure that no bag exceeds 25 pounds in weight.
Limit the number of bags you put out at night to three and stack them on top of each other in the provided bin.
Oversized items such as furniture, TVs, and large boxes are prohibited.
Step 2: Place Trash Outside Door
Place the container outside within the 2 hour window before your trash collection begins. Position the container right next to your door. Bins placed after the start of collection may not be picked up. To check the hours of your trash collection please ask your property management.
Step 3: Bring Bin Back In
Bring your trash bin back inside by the time designated by your property's management and you are all set and ready for the next trash pick up!
